Dr. Class has been practicing cardiology in Bradenton and Sarasota since 2000. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Molecular Biology at the VanderbiltUniversity prior to obtaining his Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Florida in 1993. He completed Residency in Internal Medicine at Emory University Hospitals, Atlanta, Georgia in 1996. He completed a three year Fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease followed by a 1 year Fellowship in Interventional Cardiology and Peripheral Vascular Disease at the Rush-Presbyterian St. Luke’s MedicalCenter, Chicago, Illinois in 2000. Dr. Class practices general consultative cardiology with emphasis in the diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, and congestive heart failure. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, and Interventional Cardiology. He lives locally with his wife Michelle and their four children.
