*** Effective February 1st, 2016*** Dr. Yturralde provides expertise in all aspects of cardiology and vascular care with particular interest in the management of ischemic heart disease. His practice's focus ranges from prevention to treatment of heart and vascular maladies with lifestyle modifications, medication and intervention via percutaneous catheterization and stent placement utilizing both transfemoral (leg) and transradial (wrist) access. Dr. Yturralde has formal training in structural heart disease, such as PFO/ASD closure and recently trained in TAVR (aortic valve replacement) from the leg without opening the chest.
