Keith obtained his Bachelors of Science degree in Sports Medicine in 1994 from Central Michigan University and is a board Certified Athletic Trainer. He received a Master’s degree in 1997 in Exercise Physiology. Upon graduation, he moved to New England and began teaching in the Health Science Department and rehabilitating collegiate athletes in various sports at Plymouth State University in Plymouth, New Hampshire. He received his Masters from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Physician Assistant (PA) studies in 2002. Since graduating PA school, Keith returned to his home state of Michigan where he began working in cardiology. He then relocated to Florida in 2006. From 2006-2014 he was working in Port Charlotte, FL specializing in cardiac electrophysiology. Keith is a founding board member of South African Medical Expeditions and has traveled on various foreign missions since 2003. He has traveled to rural South Africa a dozen times and has also served in Nicaragua and post-Earthquake Haiti in 2010. He has shared his mission experiences with his wife Elizabeth and they are enjoying parenting their young daughters. Leisure time is spent in various forms of physical activity and studying leadership development.
