The staff at Heart Specialists of Sarasota is happy to continue providing you with the most advanced cardiovascular care. This section provides important information to facilitate your appointment and to make your return visit as comfortable and efficient as possible.
Schedule an Appointment:
To schedule an appointment at our convenient location, please call our main office at (941) 917-4250, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
When you call for an appointment, please have your calendar in hand and a list of possible dates and times that are convenient for you.
Periodically, you may receive a card in the mail reminding you that you are due for an office visit or test in our office. If you receive an appointment reminder card, please call our office as soon as it is convenient for you so that we can schedule your appointment in an efficient and timely manner.
Heart Specialists of Sarasota understands that it may be necessary to reschedule an appointment due to an unexpected circumstance. We ask that you please be considerate of our provider’s time and call to reschedule 24 hours in advance to allow other patients to be seen at your assigned appointment time. Failure to provide 24 hour advanced notice will result in a $25.00 “no show” charge for an office visit and up to $150.00 for an advanced imaging test such as a Stress Echo, Nuclear Stress Test or PET.
What to Bring:
It is important for Heart Specialists to maintain accurate medical and personal information in order to provide you with the best care possible. We request that you bring all of the following information with you to each and every office visit.
- Insurance card and photo ID
- All medications and supplements in their original containers
- Any tracking charts for blood pressure, weight, cholesterol, etc.
